Review by hotel critic
The air conditioning in the room was exceptional, providing a much-needed respite from the coastal heat, while the free Wi-Fi allowed me to effortlessly stay connected and share my love for marine conservation. One of the standout moments was when I lost a cherished necklace; the staff went above and beyond to help me locate it, showcasing their remarkable commitment to customer service. The room was always impeccably clean, and the complimentary toiletries added a touch of luxury to my experience. With its proximity to Alice Pizza and other delightful eateries, I found dining options to be conveniently accessible. Palma is truly a gem that exceeded my high expectations in every aspect!
